Join On Location to learn with and from educators across the country. These immersive 1.5-day visits offer an opportunity to take in, share back, and make sense of the work as we strengthen our learner-centered designs and practices together. Registration closes Friday, October 16.

Experience Crosstown High
Visit a diverse-by-design public charter high school where competency-based learning and authentic projects are redefining the high school experience. Embedded inside Memphis’s Crosstown Concourse, learning extends beyond the classroom through community partnerships, real-world challenges, and hands-on experiences. Since opening in 2018, and recognized by XQ and Carnegie’s Future of High School Network, Crosstown has built a model where students grow as confident learners while doing work that matters.

Travel & Lodging
Arrival: Arrive in Memphis, Tennessee anytime on Wednesday, October 21. The site visit begins early Thursday morning and wraps up by 12:00pm CT on Friday, October 23.
Hotel: Aloft Downtown Memphis (63 N B.B. King Blvd, Memphis, TN 38103) - $179/Night. You will pay for the hotel directly when you check-in. Education Reimagined will share next steps after registration, if you request a scholarship for lodging.
Do not book your own hotel. Education Reimagined will reserve your room if you request lodging after registration.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can join from my team?
Five people per organization may join. If your team needs a full scholarship, we ask that you limit scholarships to two team members per visit.
Individuals may receive support for up to two On Location visits between October 2026 and April 2027.
Can I earn a Certificate of Participation for my professional development?
Yes! A certificate can be downloaded here. A signed certificate can be provided after the visit, upon request.
What is the cancellation policy?
If your plans change, your registration fee is fully refundable if you cancel at least five business days before the event. Cancellations within five days of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
