Experience EQA Schools

Learn how a network of alternative public charter schools meets young people where they are through restorative practices, deep relationships, and community partnerships focused on at-promise youth. Opening its first site in 2011, EQA has grown into a middle school, three high schools, and a childcare center and is an affiliate of Big Picture Learning. With about 90% of learners over age and about 25% experiencing housing instability, EQA’s design is built to help lift barriers for learners to create a stronger future one student a time.

During this visit, you will experience:

  • Community partnerships that expand learning and resources

  • Restorative approaches rooted in relationships

  • Alumni reflections

And more!
